A rather lo-fi album from the Velvet Underground singer, but with some highly melodical hits, namely "Walk on the wild side" and "Perfect day", the first being a groovy nonchalant swing, the second a wonderful bittersweet ballad. The other songs can't reach these two, but they don't fall too short.
