Only 33 minutes in 12 songs, yet one of them is over 11 minutes long. It's the centerpiece of the album, a widely known song named "Papa was a rolling stone", a hypnotic track that transcends the black harmonic singing soul that is The Temptations, it's as simple as it can be, a monotonous bass line, a hi hat, a wah wah guitar and some strings. Combine it in the right way and you have this great song. There are other nice songs on the album, though, I especially liked "The first time ever". Good album, great main song.
