#8 - Buddy Holly And The Crickets - The "Chirping" Crickets

After the jazzy big band sounds some rock'n'roll again. There are no big well-known hits on this album except maybe "That'll be the day", which I don't consider a great song anyway, but listening to this album was real fun. Buddy Holly has a nice fresh young voice and the songs sound modern and they even rock a little. It's a big shame he died so young, since he was very young when he recorded this album, who knows what else he could have written.
