Another instrumental jazz album, and it's getting hard to say anything about it. Again, you can hear that all the musicians are very good, but the music doesn't stir many emotions in me, except a slight urge to not listen to it anymore. The piano playing of Mr. Basie is more in the background, the winds are dominating mostly. The songs are mostly pretty fast, and they're swinging, but there's not as much atmosphere as in some of the previous jazzier albums.

#9 - Count Basie - The Atomic Mr. Basie
Another instrumental jazz album, and it's getting hard to say anything about it. Again, you can hear that all the musicians are very good, but the music doesn't stir many emotions in me, except a slight urge to not listen to it anymore. The piano playing of Mr. Basie is more in the background, the winds are dominating mostly. The songs are mostly pretty fast, and they're swinging, but there's not as much atmosphere as in some of the previous jazzier albums.
